Exhibits

Lyman Plant House features rotating exhibitions in our gallery and greenhouses, as well as ongoing exhibits Plant Life Through the Ages, a mural series depicting great moments in plant evolution, and Woods of the World, which showcases 178 unique woods from around the globe. Temporary exhibitions often feature the creative works and scholarship of students and faculty, along with collaborations with our greater community. While each show engages with botanical themes, our exhibitions approach these ideas through a uniquely liberal arts lens, highlighting thoughtful and sometimes surprising connections between plants and people
